    I reached out to Chris in the beginning of 2024 from Cozyupholstery and planned ahead, told him exactly what I wanted and I’ll be ready end of March.He was on my case now and calling non stop, 26 March 2024 came and fetched my couch.. and promised that on the 15 April 2024 all my orders will be done including my newly made furniture.15 April was approaching and he asked for an extension after I asked him what time should I expect him.. I went to the workshop/warehouse unannounced to witness my furniture has not been done and my couch has been dismantled. I sent Chris pictures of my location he was online but not answering my calls the workers there said they don’t were Chris is.When I was about to leave I bumped into someone he introduced himself as Barron who is in partnership with Chris and that he will take over I should not worry.. let me tell you same what’s up group promises and endless promises on the 11 May 2024 unannounced I went to the workshop with my brother and he said end of that day I will get my couch I did.. I see because I came with a male figure till to date 1June 2024 I have not received my furniture and they’re literally ignoring my calls after I was promised by the two partners that they will be here after 5pm as I’m texting it’s past 6pm they’re have been ignoring my calls and they never arrived. Run from them and I have paid them 85% -90% of the money these are liars don’t trust them.I would never recommend them to anyone poor business acumen oh I forgot something very pivotal “Planet Upholstery and CozyUpholestry same company.. same people same staff same warehouse same workshop liars of note.. i am definitely not done.. I know exactly how the law will deal with them accordingly

    Most professional, committed and punctual service I have ever received. My corner unit couch was reinforced and reupholstered to look completely brand new. My couch was done to my exact specs and the recommendations made by Baron made my couch look 100 times better. This was all done in a week as promised by Baron. Couch was collected on time and delivered on time as well. I am so impressed with the workmanship and I am very thrilled with my couch. I highly recommend this company as it is very good value for money. Well done to Baron and his team. Will highly recommend you to anyone and will definitely do business with you again. You were very highly recommended to me and you delivered. Well done.👏👏👏

    The worst service I have ever received from these people, very disrespectful, poor communicators and never take us black customers serious. I have ordered my TV stand since 2 November 2022 (fully paid) it’s now 23 December 2022, I have not received my TV stand and I don’t owe them anything. I’ve asked for my money back, Baron pardoned that I give them another chance, I did and they delivered a wrong stand which I told them to come take it. Till now nothing!!I called, messaged and all sorts, to no avail. Chris and Baron made all sorts of empty promises. They never follow up or keep one posted of progress, they rather be rude and ignore your calls.I will never ever do business with company and I will not recommend them to anyone. I will make sure I send the message out to everyone out there about their bad business practice.At this point I want my money back!! 🥵🥵🥵

    I honestly would not recommend this business to anyone!!! Definitely my worst retail thus far!!!I came to this business, wanting a cute couch to be made for me. I worked with Gabriel and sent him all the pictures of the couch and even paid my deposit the same day. He promised the couch would be completed and delivered in 4 weeks. I even paid an additional R1000 to have frame legs for the couch made, he only sent me an invoice about 2 weeks after I paid my deposit, this is after I requested it numerous times.After 4 weeks, the couch was still not complete. I asked to see pictures of the progress and I was sent the frame of the couch. A week later I was sent a picture of the couch with the legs unattached. I complained about the material of the couch and the wrong size of the legs and Gabriel ignored my complaints and insisted on delivering a couch I was not happy with.When the couch arrived, the delivery guys demanded payment and refused to acknowledge all the issues I had with the couch. The business owner even called and told me that the couch would be taken back and I would receive a full refund.That was a month ago and I still have not received my refund from this business. They owe me almost R4000 and all they have been doing is giving me past dates of when to expect my refund, but no refund. I even had to go as far as seeking legal advice for this matter.I am appalled at how they treated me as a customer and I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy, as nobody deserves the treatment I received.

    I was hesitant at first because their website is down. But Barron was very professional & his Team clearly have the expertise to make good quality couches. The price is also excellent value for what you get.*Important: because it's custom, make sure you give clear instructions for what you want (e.g. add scotchgard for protection, material-colour, size/measurements, example-pictures of the shape, cushions hard or soft etc).Thanks to Barron & the Team for a good job done.Craig
